All actions taken by the company are subject to the standard terms and conditions of forwarding companies that are in force in the country in which the forwarder involved is established, in their current wording. Information on delivery time and dates should be interpreted as non-binding. KP Prosperity Sp. z o.o. We are not responsible for delays or any penalties. Ground transport may be replaced by air or sea transport on agreed parts of the route. The company’s liability in no case exceeds the limits specified by the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention, the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), the International Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) or the conditions specified in the waybills. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. The customer will be charged for any expenses arising from non-payment.
